Belize has dry and rainy seasons, as well as the possibility of hurricanes and seasonal sargassum. Please keep this in mind when selecting your travel dates. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Three friendly dogs live on the property. Guest pets are not permitted.
Owners may also be staying at the property at certain times.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 24 hours away at time of booking.
