Dream home at the water's edge of Placencia lagoon in a secluded tropical garden. Silver Leaf Villa was built by Gene and Yolie Brown of Colorado and finished in April of 2009. Their combined talents are splendidly exhibited in the villa's superior craftsmanship and attention to detail rarely seen in Belize. Designed to capture the Caribbean breeze, the home opens up to keep cool naturally with the aid of ceiling fans throughout. Tropical woods abound.

Located on private, secure, Harbour Place channel, Silver Leaf is managed by Flowers Vacation Rentals, and the property is turn key. It has private parking and a deep water dock. Come swim in the lagoon, cruise the mangroves with the complementary kayak, ride the provided bicycles, or take a 2 min bike ride to the beach. All village restaurants and bars are within walking and biking distance. Relax on a hammock with flowers and a lush garden surrounding you. If your timing is right, pick a banana, coconut or mango right off of the tree!

You are ON THE WATER if you stay at the villa or cabana. In fact you have water on 2 sides along with your own dock. The villa and cabana are located near the end of North Harbour Place, a private, quiet location, but not far from the hustle and bustle of Placencia village.
The villa is roomy at 3,600 square feet of covered accommodations.

Getting around
The best way to get around in Placencia is by bicycle which are provided for your use. Taxis are typically waiting at the Placencia airport when flights arrive in Placencia. Folks sometimes take a taxi to Maya Beach for dinner at Maya Beach Bistro as an outing but the restaurants in Placencia are outstanding as well. Golf carts are available to rent locally. If you decide to rent a car, there is parking on site. If you are planning to stay out after dark a headlamp is essential. (It gets dark between 6 and 7 pm year round in Belize due to its proximity to the equator.)

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 24 hours away at time of booking.
