Two bedrooms, one bathroom allows for 4 guests comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped if you decide to cook your meals. Perfect location between the road and the beach. Walking distance to Placencia's biggest store is a quick two minutes. The pharmacy is located nearby as well. The house is named Sound Of The Sea because thats how close you are without being right on the beach. All beaches in Placencia are public so take a spot anywhere you'd like. Take a stroll down Placencia's sidewalk that runs parallel to the road and beach and explore one of the beach bars and many gifts shops. Nothing better describes the sidewalk as the word "charming". Two bikes are available for use. Additional bikes can be rented from Captain Jacks.

The open plan kitchen and lounge is the perfect relaxation spot. Also with large wrap around hardwood verandahs you will have room to spare.
The master bedroom is spacious and well appointed. It like the rest of the property, is brand new.
The second bedroom is smaller but just as comfortable.
Both bedrooms have there own built in closet's.

You can walk the whole village easily.
If you feel like non walking options we can help you book a golf cart. The location for rental can be right by the airport or just up the road from your home.
Wonderful quiet property on its on lot. Lots or birds in the tree's as well as the sound of the sea just down the road.
This property is a 2 min walk to the best supermarket in Placencia, as well as located on the start of the famous Placencia Sidewalk. Home to many beachside bars and nightlife as well as gift shops and restaurants.
This truly is in the heart of the village, while feeling very private at the same time.

As hosts, no one tells us they are ready to leave. We are sure you will feel the same.

Note this property is a Self Catering Property and will require a separate rental agreement with house rules.
Basic amenities will be provided, but more may need to be purchased during your stay.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 24 hours away at time of booking.
