Step out onto your private porch to soak in the sea views. The building is located right on the beach, placing the shared pool, hot tub, and community pier/dock just steps away. Access to your unit is made effortless via the building lift/elevator (note: 6 steps are required to access the lift).

Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 6): Three tranquil bedrooms and two full bathrooms await you:

• Master Bedroom: King Bed and a luxurious private ensuite with a walk through shower.

• Guest Bedroom 1: Comfortable Queen Bed, shared bathroom access.

• Guest Bedroom 2: Two Twin Beds, and a convenient small workspace for quick check-ins, shared bathroom access.

The secure Marazul community includes complimentary use of kayaks and bicycles, inviting you to explore the stunning Placencia coast.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 24 hours away at time of booking.
