This unique 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground-floor apartment everything was made perfectly to offer families their dream vacation. You enter the apartment right into the large open-concept kitchen/living room. The stunning kitchen is large with granite countertops. You can enjoy breakfast at the breakfast bar. Then you walk into the living room with plenty of seating for a relaxed evening chat. The large veranda doors open right to the Caribbean Sea and pool area.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and attached bathroom with a walk-in shower and breath-taking tile work and hand-crafted sink. The second bedroom has a full-size bed and desk. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen bed on the bottom and a single on top, sleeping 3 people. The ACs will keep you and the family cool. You have wireless internet available.

The second bathroom has been created to be wheelchair friendly with large doorway, accessible handholds and roll-in shower. If you require ramps, please let us know in advance.

That’s not all: There is a large pool with lounge chairs. A big outdoor BBQ with so much counter space that you can cook for your little family army. A huge outdoor shower and of course the beauty of the Caribbean Sea with 120 feet beach right on your doorstep. Picnic tables and hammocks give you space enough on the beach to spread out and if you need even more space take the kayaks and SUPs out to the sea to meet with dolphins and manatees! And if this 3 bedroom is not large enough for your group, there is a 6 bedroom entire Villa here.

Moonrise Beach is a perfect spot if you are coming to research the difference between Placencia and Hopkins, this is the perfect middle point.

Close to all the waterfalls and hiking trails. It is a stunning newly remodeled villa at the edge of the Caribbean Sea. Located at the top of the Placencia Peninsula, it is a great base for exploring all the inland adventures of Belize.

The property has a pool with a deep end and large shallow end for the kids. The 120' of beach from where to cast off on one of the SUPs or Kayaks. Swimming Pool and BBQ are shared spaces.

There are 2 units available, a 3 bedroom beach level unit that sleeps 7 people and is wheelchair friendly, and a third floor studio apartment with 360 view of the sea and the Maya Mountains.

This property is dog friendly with prior arrangements, and has an optional fenced in area. There may be dogs on the property.

Note this property is a Self Catering Property and will require a separate rental agreement with house rules.
The yard and pool may be cleaned without notice during your stay.
Basic amenities will be provided, but more may need to be purchased during your stay.

Moonrise Beach may be able to host your dog with a security pet deposit and prior request. Dogs brought on to the property without prior approval will be finned for extra cleaning.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
