There is also parking- a rare commodity for sidewalk residences- should you choose to rent a car of golf cart, though you'll find everything you need within walking distance.

The apartment is fully self-contained and private, with one entrance/exit via a large sliding glass door on the porch. Guests have shared access to a utility room with washer & dryer.

Other things to note
Hibiscus Beach has 24/7 presence. Our groundskeepers keeps the beach free of seagrass and detritus and our security guards patrol the grounds at night. Our hospitality managers are available to answer any questions our guests may have about Hibiscus Beach or Placencia in general and can assist in booking tours and suggesting adventures.
Placencia has earned the moniker: "Barefoot Perfect." This describes not only the beaches and affinity of locals to forgo shoes, but also its laid-back lifestyle. Locals are charming, friendly, and extremely accommodating. Violence is almost unheard of on the peninsula.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 24 hours away at time of booking.
