Enjoy beach views and sea breezes from the privacy of your 600-square-foot, covered balcony with a comfortable seating area, dining table and loungers. Just steps away you can relax on the private beach or by the pool.

Inside, you will enjoy the open plan with ocean views; the fully equipped, luxury kitchen, with a full suite of stainless-steel appliances and gleaming countertops with bar seating all around; a lovely dining area that easily seats 6 people, and a comfortable and spacious living room with smart TV for those nights you want to stay in. Air conditioning units in the living areas, and in each bedroom, plus the in-suite laundry will make your stay even more comfortable.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a private balcony, ample closet and dresser space, and a large dual sink master bathroom with soaker tub and shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a private, dual-sink ensuite with large, luxurious walk-in shower. There is also a queen-sized murphy bed in the large living room if needed

About Los Porticos: A tropically landscaped oasis, Los Porticos Villas is a small, boutique complex with a resort pool, an on-site restaurant, and 300’ of beautiful beachfront. Spend sunny days on the sand, or snorkel the nearby reefs. La Dolce Vita, the casual-chic on-site restaurant, serves a delicious Italian menu that draws people from all around. If you want to eat in your suite, just call ahead and take the 2-minute walk to pick up your order! The owner/chef and staff are super friendly, and the food is
delicious! Los Porticos is about a mile away from the village of Placencia, and a 5-minute cab ride from the airport.
Los Porticos Villas is located on a private sandy beach with views of the crystal clear, turquoise Caribbean Sea for a perfect Belize vacation. We have a pool, partially shaded sitting area, pool & beach loungers and beach towels so you don’t need to bring your own. The property is gorgeously adorned with beautiful tropical plants and trees that house such various tropical animals such as birds, butterflies, iguanas and you may even see a few parrots fly by.

Note this property is a Self Catering Property and will require a separate rental agreement with house rules.
The pool may be cleaned without notice during your stay.
Basic amenities will be provided, but more may need to be purchased during your stay.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 24 hours away at time of booking.
