The apartment features an open-concept living area, a full kitchen complete with a dishwasher, and two private bedrooms—each with its own bathroom for added privacy. A sofa couch in the living room provides additional sleeping space for an extra guest. You’ll also enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, making longer stays easy and comfortable.
A standout feature of the upstairs layout is the balcony, accessible directly from each of the upstairs bedrooms. This elevated outdoor space is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee, an evening drink, or light meals while taking in the breeze and relaxed village atmosphere—adding an extra layer of comfort and social space to the property.

* The property sits on a main road, so some normal traffic noise can be expected.
* This is one of three apartments on the property. Combined, the full property can accommodate up to 14 guests—reach out if you’re interested in booking multiple units.
* Construction at the neighbouring property may cause some noise, and pool access may not be as private. This is expected until July 2026.

This is a self-catering property, and a separate rental agreement with house rules along with a copy of your passport or Belize Social Security card is required. Basic starter amenities are provided, though guests may need to purchase additional supplies for longer stays. Yard and pool cleaning or maintenance may occur during your stay without prior notice.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 24 hours away at time of booking.
