Cabana built in the old British cottage style features a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, ceiling fan, sink, hot water shower and toilet upstairs, as well as AC to cool you while you sleep. It makes efficient use of a small space with a kitchen on the ground level with a dining table and chairs, and futon couch. The cabana is ON THE WATER! Dive off your private dock for a refreshing ocean swim followed by an outdoor fresh water shower (or take a hot shower in the cabana). The villa and cabana are located near the end of North Harbour Place in the village of Placencia. The cabana is in a private and secure location, while close to the amenities and activities offered in the village.

Use the complimentary bicycles for transportation on land and the 2 person kayak to explore the lagoon. Taxis await each flight at the Placencia airport and can be arranged in a flash in the village a few minutes from the cabana. If you are planning on staying out after dark a head lamp is essential.

Note this property is a Self Catering Property and will require a separate rental agreement with house rules.

The yard may be cleaned without notice during your stay.
Basic amenities will be provided, but more may need to be purchased during your stay.
Check in after 7pm without notice may incur additional charges.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 24 hours away at time of booking.
