Welcome to your home away from home—an inviting 3-story villa located in the heart of Maya Beach, just steps from Ceiba Beach Resort (open to the public for dining and drinks). This spacious retreat is perfect for families or groups, offering comfort, privacy, and direct beach access with gorgeous sea views.

First Floor – Open-Concept Living
Step inside to a bright, open-concept living area featuring:
- A large living room with flat-screen TV, DVD player, stereo, and a library stocked with books and games
- A cozy office nook for remote work or journaling
- A generous dining table and modern kitchen with:
- 6-burner gas stove and large oven
- Kitchen island with 3 comfy bar stools
- Double-door fridge with freezer drawer
- Dishwasher, toaster, microwave, and 10-cup coffee maker
- Half bath with in-unit washer and dryer
Note: There are 3 steps up to the front door, then 3 steps down into the main living space.

Second Floor – 4 Comfortable Bedrooms
Accessible via an internal spiral staircase (*not recommended for guests with mobility issues*), the second floor features:
- 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with queen beds, ceiling fans, and ample closet space
- 1 cozy 4th room with a futon—perfect for kids or a young adult
- A pack-and-play crib with linens
- 2 bathrooms: one ensuite with double sinks and rain shower, plus a second full bath shared by the other rooms
- Shared balcony with stunning sea views and sunrise moments—accessible from all three main bedrooms

A second spiral staircase from the balcony connects to both the rooftop and back to the ground level.

Third Floor – Rooftop Retreat
Head up to the rooftop where a shaded palapa and hammock hooks await. It’s the perfect spot to sip morning coffee or stargaze at night. (Currently unfurnished except for the palapa.)

- Just 4 steps from the pool area to the sandy beach—complete with loungers and unbeatable ocean breezes

Onsite Hosts & Housekeeping
Our friendly caretaker couple lives in a separate onsite apartment and will welcome you on arrival. They're available throughout your stay to answer questions or assist with anything you need. Optional housekeeping can be arranged for an additional fee.

- This is a self-catering villa. Initial essentials are provided, but we do not offer refills for items such as coffee, soap, or laundry detergent.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 24 hours away at time of booking.
