The Interior Experience: Inside, the open-concept living space is bathed in natural light, featuring high ceilings and coastal décor. The villa is fully air-conditioned. The full, well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need for easy meal preparation.

Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 8): Three private bedrooms and two full bathrooms:

- Master Bedroom: King Bed, private ensuite bathroom with walk through shower.

- Guest Bedroom 1: Queen Bed, shared bathroom access.

- Guest Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, shared bathroom access.

- Lounge Sofa Sleeper. We recommend this option for 2 children.

The Marazul community is gated and offers shared amenities, including complimentary kayaks and bicycles.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 24 hours away at time of booking.
