The unit features a private balcony that runs the full length of the front of the building, offering stunning views from nearly every major room. Access to the penthouse is highly exclusive via a private, direct-entry elevator.
Modern Kitchen & Open Layout: The kitchen is modern with an open layout, making it perfect for preparing meals and socializing. It features an induction stove and two separate ovens, plus a wine fridge and a dedicated ice maker. The penthouse boasts 4 gorgeous full bathrooms and 1 half bath, ensuring comfort for up to 13 guests.
Luxury Sleeping & Views: Both master suites offer breathtaking, direct sea views and ensuite access.
Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 13): The penthouse features five private bedrooms:
• Master Suite 1: King Bed, Direct Sea View, private ensuite full bathroom with walk through shower.
• Master Suite 2: King Bed, Direct Sea View, private ensuite full bathroom with walk through shower.
• Guest Bedroom 3: Queen Bed, shared full bathroom access.
• Guest Bedroom 4: One Queen Bed and one Twin Bed, private ensuite full bathroom.
• Guest Bedroom 5: Two Bunk Beds (4 Single Beds Total), shared full bathroom access.
The Marazul community is gated and offers shared amenities, including complimentary kayaks and bicycles.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 24 hours away at time of booking.
