Ideal for Families: Unit 221 is specifically designed for flexibility, featuring a unique convertible bedding system in the second bedroom (Queen bed + two twin beds), making it perfectly suited for families or groups who require separate beds. The unit comfortably sleeps up to six guests.
Coastal Setting: The condo features a large private balcony overlooking the beautifully manicured gardens and the Caribbean Sea—an ideal spot for outdoor dining or watching for dolphins and manatees. The kitchen is fully appointed for dining in, and the unit includes in-unit laundry.
Access Note: This condo is located on the second floor of a three-story building and requires the use of two flights of steps (no elevator access).
Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 6):
• Master Bedroom: King-size bed with en suite bathroom and balcony access.
• Second Bedroom: Queen-size bed and a convertible bunk bed system for two Twin beds.
The secure Marazul community includes complimentary use of shared kayaks, paddleboards, and bicycles.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 24 hours away at time of booking.
